Disclosure of information, material or evidence, limitation on--tradesecrets require court order, when.

407.060. 1. No information, documentary material, orphysical evidence requested pursuant to a civil investigativedemand issued under section 407.040 shall, unless otherwiseordered by a court for good cause shown, be produced for or thecontents thereof be disclosed to, any person other than theauthorized employee of the attorney general without the consentof the person who produced such information, documentary materialor physical evidence; provided, that under such reasonable termsand conditions as the attorney general shall prescribe, suchinformation, documentary material or physical evidence shall bemade available for inspection and copying by the person whoproduced such information, documentary material or physicalevidence, or any duly authorized representative of such person.The attorney general, or any attorney designated by him, may usethe information, documentary material, or physical evidence inthe enforcement of this chapter, by presentation before any courtor by disclosure to law enforcement agencies of this state,another state or the United States for enforcement of the laws ofsuch other state or the United States concerning methods, acts,uses, practices and solicitations similar to those prohibited bythis chapter.

2. Any material which contains trade secrets shall not bepresented before any court except with the approval of the courtin which the action is pending after adequate notice to theperson furnishing such material or, in the case of disclosure toagencies of other states, the approval of the circuit courthaving jurisdiction under section 407.070.
