Conspiracy to commit odometer fraud in first or second degree,penalty.

407.543. 1. A person is guilty of conspiring with anotherperson or persons to commit odometer fraud in the first orsecond degree if, with the purpose of promoting or facilitatingits commission he agrees with such other person or persons thatthey or one or more of them will engage in conduct whichconstitutes such an offense.

2. The provisions of section 564.016, RSMo, shall apply tothis section and as is provided in that section conspiring tocommit odometer fraud in the first or second degree is a class Cmisdemeanor.
