Injunction--action may include suspension or revocation of license.

407.551. 1. The attorney general or any prosecutingattorney of this state may bring an action in any circuit courtfor injunctive relief to restrain any violation of sections407.511 to 407.556.

2. Notwithstanding any other provision of chapter 536,RSMo, or any other provision of law to the contrary, theattorney general or prosecuting attorney may after notice amendany such action to seek the revocation or suspension of anylicense issued by the department of revenue pursuant to chapter301, RSMo. The decision of the circuit court to revoke orsuspend a license may be appealed as in any other civil matter.

3. The remedies available in this section are cumulativeand in addition to any other remedies available.
