Franchisee's right to action for damages, injunction, when.

407.835. In addition to the administrative relief provided insections 407.810 to 407.835, any motor vehicle franchisee may bring anaction in any court of competent jurisdiction against a motor vehiclefranchisor with whom the franchisee has a franchise, for an act or omissionwhich constitutes an unlawful practice as defined in section 407.825 torecover damages sustained by reason thereof, and, where appropriate, suchmotor vehicle franchisee shall be entitled to injunctive relief, but theremedies set forth in this section shall not be deemed exclusive and shallbe in addition to any other remedies permitted by law.
