If any wholesaler, manufacturer or distributorshall fail or refuse to repurchase any inventory as required bysection 407.860, he shall be civilly liable for one hundredpercent of the current net price of the inventory, plus anyfreight charges paid by the retailer, the retailer's attorney'sfees, and court costs.
