Civil action for unlawful termination of contract, authorized--costsand attorney fees recoverable.

407.898. If a manufacturer, wholesaler or distributorviolates any provisions of sections 407.895 and 407.897, aretailer may bring an action against such manufacturer,wholesaler, or distributor in any court of competent jurisdictionfor damages sustained by the retailer as a consequence of theviolation, together with the actual costs of the action,including reasonable attorney fees, and the retailer also maybe granted injunctive relief against unlawful termination,cancellation, nonrenewal or substantial change of competitivecircumstances. The remedies set forth in this section shall notbe deemed exclusive and shall be in addition to any otherremedies permitted by law.
