407.955. If a new assistive device does not conform to an applicableexpress warranty and the consumer reports the nonconformity to themanufacturer, the assistive device lessor or any of the manufacturer'sauthorized assistive device dealers and makes the assistive deviceavailable for repair before one year after return delivery of the assistivedevice to a consumer, the nonconformity shall be repaired at no charge tothe consumer.
