Penalty.

409.109. A person who willfully violates section 409.108 shall uponconviction be fined not more than five hundred thousand dollars orimprisoned not more than ten years, or both. The proper prosecutingattorney with or without a criminal reference from the commissioner, or theattorney general under section 27.030, RSMo, may institute criminalproceedings under this section.
