409.113. If the commissioner determines that a person has engaged, isengaging, or is about to engage in an act, practice, or course of businessconstituting a violation of sections 409.108 to 409.114, or any order, rule orregulation issued pursuant thereto or that a person has materially aided, ismaterially aiding, or is about to materially aid an act, practice, or courseof business constituting a violation of sections 409.108 to 409.114, or anyorder, rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto, the commissioner may issuesuch orders as authorized pursuant to section 409.6-604.
