Any offeree whose equity securities are the subjectof a takeover bid and who has been injured by any violation ofsections 409.500 to 409.566 may bring an action in his or her ownname to enjoin such unlawful act or practice and to recoveractual damages together with reasonable attorney fees in theevent the offeree is successful.
