413.215. Whenever there shall exist a weight or measure orweighing or measuring device in or about any place in which orfrom which buying or selling is commonly carried on, there shallbe a rebuttable presumption that such weight or measure, orweighing or measuring device, is regularly used for the businesspurposes of that place.
