414.092. The director of revenue shall keep a record of eachperson paying an inspection fee and the fee record shall be opento inspection by the governor, or any person for him, as well asany other interested person. The director of revenue shall makea detailed report annually to the governor of all businesstransacted by his office, and shall provide such report to anyother interested person.
