Compliance with sections 415.010 to 415.050 mandatory, when.

415.050. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,partnership, association or corporation required by sections415.010 to 415.050 to be licensed to hold himself, themselves, oritself out as a public warehouseman or warehousemen, or advertisefor, or solicit business as a warehouseman without firstcomplying with the provisions of sections 415.010 to 415.050; orto use the word "storage" in any way in connection with thebusiness unless engaged in the storage business and licensed as awarehouse as provided by sections 415.010 to 415.050.

2. The provisions of sections 415.010 to 415.050 shall notapply to self-service storage facilities governed by sections415.400 to 415.430.
