Penalty.

417.340. Any person offending against any provision ofsections 417.300 to 417.360 shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof by a court of competentjurisdiction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fivedollars nor more than twenty-five dollars, and each receptacleunlawfully dealt with as herein provided shall be deemed and heldto constitute a separate offense.
