Bedding material grades, specifications and tolerances established bydepartment of health and senior services--rulemaking authority.

421.022. The department of health and senior services may establishgrades, specifications and tolerances for the kinds and qualities of materialswhich are used or intended to be used in the manufacture, repair or renovationof used bedding or used filling materials and may approve or adoptdesignations and rules which are not in conflict with any provisions ofsections 421.005 to 421.038, for the labeling of articles filled, with suchmaterials.
