Oath, filing and compensation of appraisers.

426.050. The appraisers, or a majority of them, having firsttaken an oath or affirmation, before some person having authorityto administer oaths, to discharge their duties with fidelity,shall forthwith proceed to make such appraisement. Theappraisers shall file the appraisement and their oath of office,in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, within five daysafter they shall have completed the same. The appraisers shalleach receive three dollars per day for their attendance.
