If rejected, court to order new bond--failure to give revokesauthority.

426.110. If the bond be rejected, the court shall order theassignee to give another bond, with sufficient security, to beapproved by the court; and if he fail to give such bond withinsuch time as the court shall direct, not exceeding thirty days,his authority further to act as assignee shall be deemed to berevoked.
