Assignee to exhibit accounts, when andhow--failure--citation--dismissal.

426.140. Every assignee shall exhibit, on oath, a statementof the accounts of the trust, with proper vouchers, to thecircuit court within sixty days after the execution of theassignment, unless for good cause postponed, and shall file alike statement every ninety days thereafter until such assignedestate is fully settled; and if such assignee shall fail to makesuch settlement within such times, then on the application of anyperson interested, the court shall order a citation to issue tosuch assignee, requiring him to appear in court within a time tobe therein named, and exhibit, on oath, a statement of his saidaccounts; and if said assignee shall neglect and fail to exhibitsuch accounts within the time named in said citation, the saidcourt shall, on motion, unless for good cause shown, dismiss saidassignee from his trust.
