Demands against estates, how and when allowed.

426.170. The assignee shall appoint a day, within threemonths after the date of the assignment, and a place, which shallbe the county seat of the county where the inventory is filed, orsuch other place in said county most convenient to all theparties in interest, where any court of record may be lawfullyheld, when and where he will proceed publicly to adjust and allowdemands against the estate and effects of the assignor.
