426.260. Whenever it shall be made to appear to the courthaving jurisdiction that any assignee has neglected or refused,when required by law, to file a full and true inventory, or togive bond, as required by this chapter, the court shall issue acitation to such assignee to appear in court at the time thereinspecified, to show cause why he should not be dismissed from histrust.
