Sale of property assigned, how made.

426.310. The circuit court shall make an order for the saleof all the real and personal estate conveyed by any deed ofassignment, either for cash in hand, or upon such reasonablecredit and upon such other terms and notice as shall appear tothe court to be most advantageous to all the parties in interest,and shall, by order, direct the nature of the security to betaken at sales made by assignees under this chapter. Before anysale of such real estate shall be made, the assignee shall givebond, with at least two good securities, to be approved by thecourt in an amount equal to the value of the real estate to besold, conditioned that the said assignee will faithfully make thesame under such order, and duly account for the proceeds thereofunder the provisions of this chapter.
