429.090. It shall be the duty of the clerk of the circuit court toendorse upon every account the date of its filing, and maintain an abstractthereof, containing the date of its filing, the name of the person seekingto enforce the lien, the amount claimed, the name of the person againstwhose property the lien is filed, and a description of the property chargedwith the same.
