Who construed as owner or proprietor.

429.150. Every person, including all cestui que trust, forwhose immediate use, enjoyment or benefit any building, erectionor improvement shall be made, shall be included by the words"owner or proprietor" thereof under sections 429.010 to 429.340,not excepting such as may be minors over the age of eighteenyears, or married women.

(1974) Held that a trustee in a deed of trust is not an "owner" under this section and is not entitled to notice. The H.B. Deal, Nelle Plumbing and Boyer cases not to be followed. R. L. Sweet Lumber Co., v. E.L. Lane Inc. (Mo.), 513 S.W.2d 365.
