429.230. When the debtor has not been served with summonsaccording to law, and has not appeared, but has been lawfullynotified by publication, the judgment, if for the plaintiff,shall be that he recover the amount of the indebtedness found tobe due, and costs of suit, to be levied of the property chargedwith the lien therefor, which said property shall be correctlydescribed in said judgment.
