429.350. Associate circuit judges may exercise jurisdictionwithout special assignment in all actions brought to enforcemechanics' liens when the amount or balance claimed to be duedoes not exceed the monetary jurisdiction which associate circuitjudges may exercise in ordinary civil actions without specialassignment.
