Suits for foreclosure, process, procedure--same as other civil suits.

429.360. The process, practice and procedure, includingapplications for trial de novo, in suits to enforce mechanics'liens which are heard by an associate circuit judge withoutspecial assignment shall be as nearly as practicable the same asprovided in other civil suits heard by associate circuit judges.When a case is specially assigned to an associate circuit judgeto hear upon a record, the process, practice and procedure,including appeals, shall be the same as if the case was beingheard by a circuit judge.
