430.010. The word "vehicle", as used in sections 430.010 to430.070, means vehicles drawn by horses and other animals, motorvehicles, and boats or craft used or capable of being used as ameans of transport on water. Any machinery used as the principalsource of propulsion for a boat or craft is part of or equipmentof the boat or craft.
