Chattels worth less than one hundred dollars deemed abandoned afteryear.

430.135. Chattels of a value not exceeding one hundreddollars, which are not redeemed within one year of the dateagreed upon for redemption, shall be deemed abandoned to thelienor and thereafter the owner or depositor of the chattelsshall be barred from the recovery of the chattels, or the valuethereof, or of any damages growing out of the failure of theperson to receive the chattels.
