430.220. Upon the rendition of judgment, if for the lienor,it shall be for the sum found to be due, with costs of suit, andthat the lien be enforced against the property by execution andsale as in ordinary sales under execution, but if such finding befor defendant, judgment shall be entered in his favor as inordinary actions of replevin.
