Plastic fabricator's lien on die, mold, form, pattern--fabricator toretain possession, when--priority of lien.

430.403. Every plastic fabricator shall have a liendependent on possession on any die, mold, form or pattern in hispossession belonging to the customer for the amount due from suchcustomer for plastic fabrication work performed upon the die,mold, form or pattern. A plastic fabricator may retainpossession of the die, mold, form or pattern until such amountdue is paid or until such time as* the customer has posted withthe clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the mold islocated a bond in an amount equal to the amount in dispute. Suchlien shall have priority over any other unperfected securityinterest or right in or to the mold, die, form or pattern.
