Remedy of surety.

433.210. Any person bound as surety in any bond given by anyofficer to secure the faithful performance of his duties, whoshall pay any money which he shall have been liable to pay byreason of such bond, shall have the same right and remedy againsthis principal and cosureties as is provided in this chapteragainst principals and cosureties in bonds, bills and notes, forthe payment of money or delivery of property.
