Award.

435.385. 1. The award shall be in writing and signed by thearbitrators joining in the award. The arbitrators shall delivera copy to each party personally or by registered mail, or asprovided in the agreement.

2. An award shall be made within the time fixed therefor bythe agreement or, if not so fixed, within such time as the courtorders on application of a party. The parties may extend thetime in writing either before or after the expiration thereof. Aparty waives the objection that an award was not made within thetime required unless he notifies the arbitrators of his objectionprior to the delivery of the award to him.
