435.435. An initial application shall be made to the circuitcourt of the county in which the agreement provides thearbitration hearing shall be held or, if the hearing has beenheld, in the county in which it was held. Otherwise theapplication shall be made in the county where the adverse partyresides or has a place of business or, if he has no residence orplace of business in this state, to the circuit court of ColeCounty. All subsequent applications shall be made to the courthearing the initial application unless the court otherwisedirects.
