Upon the death or legal incapacity of a purchaser, allrights and remedies granted to the purchaser under sections 436.400 to436.520 shall be enforceable by and accrue to the benefit of thepurchaser's legal representative or his or her estate, and all paymentsotherwise payable to the purchaser shall be paid to that person.
