Conveyance of property of spouse--covenants.

442.030. A husband and wife may convey the real estate of the husbandor wife by their joint deed acknowledged and certified as herein provided.Where the property conveyed is owned by the husband and wife as an estateby the entirety, then both shall be bound by the covenants thereinexpressed or implied.
