Honorable discharge of veteran, evidence necessary.

442.110. The record of the discharged veteran in the officeof the recorder of deeds of the county of his or her residence,or other official evidence, in writing, of such person'sdischarge, other than dishonorable, from the military service, asprovided for in sections 442.100 to 442.120, shall be deemed andtaken as establishing prima facie evidence of such person'seligibility hereunder.
