442.120. Any person, either natural or corporate, residingor authorized to do business in the state of Missouri, theinvestment powers of whom or which are governed by statute, ishereby empowered and authorized to make any loan guaranteed asprovided by the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, or forwhich there is a commitment to so guarantee, or for which aconditional guarantee has been issued, notwithstanding any otherprovision of law to the contrary relating to powers or authorityof such person.
