When proof of subscribing witness shall be taken.

442.270. No proof by a subscribing witness shall be taken,unless such witness shall be personally known to at least onejudge of the court, or to the officer taking the proof, to be theperson whose name is subscribed to the instrument as a witnessthereto or shall be proved to be such by at least two crediblewitnesses.
