443.230. When the mortgagor or debtor is not summoned, butnotified by publication, and has not appeared, the judgment, iffor the plaintiff, shall be that he recover the debt and damages,or damages, found to be due, and costs, to be levied of themortgaged property or collateral, describing it as in themortgage or security agreement.
