Judgment when personal representative is party defendant.

443.260. When the personal representative of the mortgagoror debtor has been duly summoned, or appears to the action, thejudgment, if for the plaintiff, shall be as before directed; andif, in such case, the mortgaged property or collateral beinsufficient to satisfy the debt and damages, or damages andcosts, the judgment, as to the residue, shall have the effect ofa judgment against an executor or administrator, as such.
