Board members to file business transactions with ethicscommission--rules authorized to avoid conflict of interest.

443.817. Each member of the residential mortgage board shall fileannually, no later than February first, with the Missouri ethics commissiona statement of the member's current business transactions or otheraffiliations with any residential mortgage loan broker under the provisionsof sections 443.701 to 443.893 or such report as the Missouri ethicscommission otherwise directs. The board may adopt any rules or regulationsregarding the conduct of board members to avoid conflicts of interest onthe part of the members of the residential mortgage board in connectionwith their positions on the board.
