Failure to comply with subpoenas, director may petition circuit courtfor compliance order, injunctive relief and other remedies authorized.

443.873. If any person does not comply with a subpoena or subpoenaduces tecum issued or caused to be issued by the director, the director maypetition the circuit court of the county in which the person subpoenaedresides or has the person's principal place of business for an orderrequiring the subpoenaed person to appear and testify and to produce suchbooks, accounts, records and other documents as are specified in thesubpoena duces tecum. The court may grant injunctive relief restrainingthe person from advertising, promoting, soliciting, entering into, offeringto enter into, continuing, or completing any residential mortgage financingtransaction or residential mortgage servicing transaction. The court maygrant such other relief, including, but not limited to, the restraint, byinjunction or appointment of a receiver, of any transfer, pledge,assignment or other disposition of the person's assets or any concealment,alteration, destruction or other disposition of books, accounts, records orother documents and materials as the court deems appropriate, until theperson has fully complied with the subpoena or subpoena duces tecum and thedirector has completed an investigation or examination.
