443.877. In addition to the other provisions of sections 443.871 to443.877, the director may seek a writ of attachment or an equivalent orderfrom the circuit court having jurisdiction over the person who has refusedto obey a subpoena, who has refused to give testimony or who has refused toproduce the material described in the subpoena duces tecum.
