Director to maintain a staff capable of investigations--licensees toopen record for investigators.

443.883. The director shall at all times maintain staff andfacilities adequate to receive, record and investigate complaints andinquiries made by any person concerning sections 443.701 to 443.893 and anylicensees licensed pursuant to the provisions of sections 443.701 to443.893. Each licensee shall open the licensee's books, records, documentsand offices wherever situated to the director or the director's appointeesas needed to facilitate such investigations.
