446.230. Whenever the title in fee to any lands shall bevested in the state of Missouri, under the provisions of an actof Congress entitled "An act to vest in the several states andterritories the title in fee of the lands which have been or maybe certified to them", approved August 3, 1854, the same shallinure to and be vested in the purchaser from the state in allcases where such lands have been sold; and all patents orconveyances executed by the governor for lands sold by the stateare hereby confirmed, and all the title the state now has orhereafter may acquire, by virtue of the above recited act, to theland so sold, is hereby granted to the purchaser, his heirs orassigns, as fully as the same could be done by issuance of a newpatent.
