447.500. 1. Sections 447.500 to 447.595 may be cited asthe "Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act".
2. Sections 447.500 to 447.595 shall be so construed as toeffectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of thosestates which enact it, except when the words in sections 447.500to 447.595 do not conform to the uniform laws enacted by otherstates.
