447.632. The court shall grant the organization's petition if thecourt finds that the conditions alleged by the plaintiff as specified insection 447.622 existed at the time the verified petition was filed in thecircuit court, that the plan for the rehabilitation of the propertysubmitted to the court by the plaintiff is feasible, and defendant hasfailed to demonstrate that the plaintiff should not be allowed torehabilitate the property.
