448.4-118. If any improvement contemplated in a condominiumis labeled "NEED NOT BE BUILT" on a plat or plan, or is to belocated within a portion of the condominium with respect to whichthe declarant has reserved a development right, no promotionalmaterial shall be displayed or delivered to prospectivepurchasers which describes or portrays that improvement unlessthe description or portrayal of the improvement is conspicuouslylabeled or identified as "NEED NOT BE BUILT".
