Court may authorize persons holding money of married person to payspouse.

452.210. The court may also, upon the petition of such person,authorize any person holding money or other personal estate to which thespouse is entitled in his or her right to pay and deliver the same to thepetitioner, and may authorize him or her to give a discharge for the same,which discharge shall be as valid as if made by the spouse.
