Noncustodial parent's right to receive child's school progressreports--administrative fees to be set by school, when--exclusion ofaddress of custodial parent, when.

452.376. 1. Unless a noncustodial parent has been denied visitationrights under section 452.400, such noncustodial parent or any parent whohas joint custody of a child shall, upon request and payment of anadministrative fee sufficient to cover the cost, receive any deficiencyslips, report cards or pertinent progress reports regarding that child'sprogress in school. If a noncustodial parent has been granted restrictedor supervised visitation because the court has found that the custodialparent or the child has been the victim of domestic violence or abuse, asdefined in sections 455.010 and 455.501, RSMo, by the noncustodial parent,the court may order that the reports and records made available pursuant tothis subsection not include the address of the custodial parent or thechild.

2. School districts shall annually set an administrative feeestimated to cover the costs of preparing, copying and mailing the studentinformation required to be provided pursuant to this section.
